Responsibilities

Design and execute a regional field marketing strategy aligned with Shield’s global GTM priorities and regional sales goals.

Plan, manage, and execute high-impact regional events — including executive roundtables, customer summits, partner activations, and industry conferences.

Drive account-based marketing initiatives to support target account engagement and accelerate pipeline.

Collaborate with Sales, GTM leadership and Customer Success to measure ROI, ensure strong follow-up, and turn engagements into revenue outcomes.

Serve as the key marketing liaison for the NA Sales team — translating business needs into actionable marketing programs.

Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing programs with Shield’s strategic NA partners to drive mutual growth and brand awareness.

Plan and launch new partner marketing initiatives — from joint campaigns and webinars to integrated go-to-market plays.

Manage partner marketing development funds (MDF), ensuring efficient spend and measurable ROI.

Serve as the internal advocate for partner initiatives, ensuring alignment across Shield’s global marketing, sales, and product teams.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content and the Design teams to develop compelling partner and field related content — customer stories, sales decks, localized campaigns, and thought leadership assets.

Own regional adoption of marketing and sales enablement tools (e.g., Seismic) to ensure consistency and accessibility of materials.

Enable internal teams and partners with joint value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales collateral.

Requirements

5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on field marketing, partner marketing, or account-based marketing.

Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact regional events, tradeshows, webinars and and partner programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Strong commercial acumen — you can connect marketing efforts directly to revenue and pipeline metrics.

Experience working with Financial Services, RegTech, or Fintech audiences is a plus.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — you work seamlessly with Sales, Partnerships, and global marketing functions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to represent Shield externally.

Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Seismic).

A proactive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership and move fast.

Willingness to travel across North America (~20%) for events, partner activations, and key customer engagements.
