Responsibilities

Support cross‑channel marketing objectives that align with our strategic marketing plan, contributing to campaigns that resonate across digital, print, and in‑theatre experiences. Analyze market data—from conversion rates to traffic flow—to inform future strategies and strengthen overall marketing performance. Recommend, coordinate, and execute local advertising initiatives, including sports partnerships, radio placements, direct mail, and grassroots community engagement. Serve as the field’s primary point of contact for marketing materials, overseeing production, distribution, and inventory of collateral assets. Manage marketing initiatives from planning to completion—project management, field communication, and material procurement included. Work closely with the marketing team to support social media and digital content execution, ensuring posts are engaging, creative, and aligned with brand tone and goals. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Film teams to ensure that guest needs, brand standards, and campaign goals align seamlessly. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Media. Requirements

Three (3) years of marketing experience with hands‑on execution of campaigns and marketing materials. Strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt quickly, and a sense of urgency rooted in respect for deadlines and guest needs. Solid understanding of social platforms—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter)—and familiarity with social KPIs. Knowledge of SEO and website traffic metrics. Detail‑driven, capable of managing multiple fast‑moving projects with independence and precision. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with marketing tools such as Basecamp, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms is preferred. Ability to travel to Wisconsin theatre locations and company events as needed and ability to work 5 days a week out of our corporate office in downtown Milwaukee. Benefits
