Boutique Fitness Studio Manager – Lakewood, CO
Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates franchisee, is seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Studio Manager to oversee all studio functions including sales, operations, and member services. The Studio Manager will lead a team of Member Support Specialists and report directly to the District Manager.
Responsibilities
Lead generation through grassroots marketing, networking, and business development efforts.
Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory classes and drive membership sales.
Manage staff schedule and ensure studio retail products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
Hold Member Support Specialists accountable for sales performance and customer service.
Use Club Ready to prepare revenue reports, attendance reports, and other operational data.
Make high‑level customer service decisions and collect outstanding dues.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with Club Pilates policies and procedures.
Schedule and participate in networking, community events, and studio promotions.
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of sales experience in retail, restaurant, fitness, or hotel environments.
2+ years of leadership experience and ability to generate personal sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in person and via text, chat, email.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the Leadership Team.
Experience managing and driving four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
Excellent writing and grammar skills; highly organized and proficient in data management.
Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat with strong attention to detail.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
Affinity and passion for fitness; willingness to grow and learn.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,600 – $60,500 per year (based on skills and experience).
