About the Role My client, a rapidly scaling organization in the coatings and consumer goods space, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of digital strategy, analytics, and campaign execution across multiple channels. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup‑like environment where priorities shift quickly and wearing many hats is the norm.
This person will lead digital analytics, paid media, and social insights to help the company strengthen its online presence, expand consumer reach, and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute digital analytics including Google Analytics, performance reporting, traffic analysis, and customer behavior insights
Manage Instagram and broader social analytics, identifying high‑performing content and engagement trends
Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for targeted growth and product awareness
Support consumer goods product launches with data‑backed digital strategies
Assist with website updates, SEO insights, and content recommendations based on analytics
Partner cross‑functionally with leadership, sales, and operations to align digital strategies with business goals
Wear many hats — step into additional marketing and operations projects as the business continues to scale
Qualifications
2–4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce
Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social analytics tools
Experience managing Instagram analytics and understanding audience behavior
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, lean environment where priorities shift quickly
Self‑starter with strong communication skills and ability to operate independently
