About the Job We are looking for a Customs Entry Writer to process customs clearances for imports, ensuring regulations are followed and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures.
Conduct Importer Security Filing.
Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date.
Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone.
Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently.
Oversee data management for client reports.
Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to commute to the office; hybrid work options may be available.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to work weekends or night shifts is a plus.
Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required.
Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED
The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $60,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
