**LOCATION : Remote**Collaborate cross with departments with Marketing, Customer Support, IT, and Product to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM workflows and automations. **REQUIREMENTS:**
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT/Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).2-4 years' related experience in using and administering CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, generate insights, spot trends, and help in creation of reports and dashboards Experience designing and optimizing workflow automation, segmentation, and marketing campaignsExcellent data management skills with attention to data quality, cleanliness, and integrity Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams including marketing, product, social media, and more.Experience working in pet care, tech, or consumer-facing brands is a bonus, but not required.401k match
