E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist
who can take ownership of their online storefronts, bring creativity to their content, and help elevate their brand across multiple platforms.
About the Role This is a multifaceted role that blends e‑commerce management, content creation, community engagement, and live hosting. You will be the driving force behind growing and optimizing the brand’s online business—not just handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate understands the Hispanic market, feels confident on camera, and knows how to use content and marketplace tools to move a brand forward.
Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Operations (A–Z Ownership)
Manage and optimize storefronts across
TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central
(with additional platforms to come).
Improve and maintain
account health
across all channels.
Own
product listings
including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SEO, promotions, customer questions, and FBA coordination.
Update and maintain the
Shopify website
with new products, visuals, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor sales performance and adjust promotions or listings as needed.
Content + Social Media
Curate and create content for
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon , and future platforms.
Host TikTok live sessions
and engage with viewers organically and authentically.
Support influencer outreach and help expand the brand’s presence within the Hispanic audience.
Develop creative ideas for
campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing .
Customer Interaction
Respond to platform messages, comments, and inquiries in a customer‑forward, brand‑aligned manner.
Communicate confidently and clearly— primarily in Spanish —to connect with a highly engaged community.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in e‑commerce, digital retail, or social media marketing.
Strong connection to and understanding of the
Hispanic market .
Comfortable
on camera
for live hosting and product showcases.
Hands‑on experience with:
Amazon Seller Central
TikTok Shop
Shopify
