Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal communications, including company updates, plant bulletins, and employee highlights and updates Support the CEO and executive team with communication development (emails, town hall content, announcements, and video scripts). Collaborate with HR and operations teams to promote internal programs, safety initiatives, and employee events. Maintain internal communication channels such as email distributions, digital signage, intranet content, and employee messaging platforms. Assist with coordination and planning of employee engagement events, tradeshows, and leadership meetings. Coordinate employee travel arrangements for training Administer employee anniversary, recognition, and new employee welcome programs Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by creating and scheduling engaging content. Support the development of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and trade show displays. Ensure all public-facing content is aligned with brand standards and quality expectations. Monitor trends, analytics, and competitor activity to inform digital marketing strategies. Update website content as needed using content management systems Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordinator role (internships count). Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. Experience with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or other email marketing platforms a plus. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
