We are looking for a
Channel Marketing Coordinator
to support the channel marketing team in executing plans with major online retailers.
This role is
100% execution-focused,
no strategy design or campaign creation.
It’s ideal for profiles with
2–4 years of experience
in digital marketing, e-commerce, trade marketing, or partnership marketing.
You will work closely with an international team of senior channel marketers across Europe, coordinating their needs and ensuring that all executions are delivered accurately and on time.
Ensure that all agreed plans with retail partners are implemented accurately and on schedule.
Keep retailer websites updated with the latest content and promotional materials.
Verify that online executions comply with agreements (images, copy, promotions, landing pages, etc.).
Monitor campaign progress and maintain internal dashboards.
Summarize key insights for team meetings.
Identify deviations or concerns and elevate them clearly.
Coordinate tasks across internal teams, creative agencies, distributors, and partners.
Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and operational requirements are met.
Share best practices during internal team meetings.
Operational Workflow Management
Organize execution calendars, assets, approvals, and documentation.
Support senior team members in preparing presentations and materials.
2–4 years
of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail channel marketing.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders at different seniority levels.
Excellent PowerPoint skills for preparing presentations and updates.
C1-level English
(spoken and written).
Experience working with online retailer/vendor platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, cloud collaboration suites, or content management systems.
Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce KPIs.
Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working in a fully remote and international environment.
Execution-focused rather than strategy-driven.
Proactive and eager to grow within the digital marketing function.
