Requirements
Proven experience growing YouTube channels and increasing audience engagement
Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and best practices for channel optimization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Proficiency with YouTube Studio, analytics tools, and content management systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations clearly
Ability to work independently and deliver results within a defined timeframe
Remote availability for a one-off project (2-3 months)
