Multisource Mfg
POSITION PURPOSE : Coordinate and expedite the movement of materials, parts, and components through the various departments in the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES : Work with planners to coordinate "next up" in the machines, ensuring that product is meeting the communicated deadlines. Communicate daily with all departments to re-prioritize jobs based on previous day's developments. Maintain accuracy in JobBoss, including inventory levels and reporting. Communicate with sales team regarding any changes made during the production process. Provide guidance to assigned Team Leads to ensure full understanding of, and compliance with, customer and corporate OTD expectations. Work closely with plant leadership to ensure prompt, effective responses to customer requirements and timely exchange of accurate information. Keep supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective execution. Anticipate and determine causes of delays and report delays to supervisor. Keep material and paperwork in order and organized. Follow safe shop practices. Maintain and care for all shop tools, machines, and equipment. Conform to the company quality system as documented. All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school diploma or GED.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Strong customer service skills, JobBoss experience, and working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 4+ years in the same or similar role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
SKILLS ABILITIES: Proficiency with technical software. Professional acumen both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Lift up to 40 pounds.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
