Reports to : Marketing Director/Operations Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Resihealth is a forward-thinking healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient care and healthcare access through innovation, compassion, and efficiency. We’re a growing team looking for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic, hands‑on environments. We need a Marketing Administrative Assistant who is looking for advancement and growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, teachable, creative, and hungry for advancement - someone who is just as comfortable assisting with marketing campaigns as they are helping with hands‑on setup with in‑person events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide the marketing team with project logistics (scheduling, reporting, data analysis)
Assist in executing marketing campaigns - including digital, print, and event‑based initiatives
Help manage social media accounts, create posts, and monitor engagement
Perform hands‑on setup and breakdown for marketing events or displays
Track and organize marketing assets, contacts, and analytics reports
Communicate with vendors and managers of a variety of businesses
Be a team player in a results‑driven marketing department
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
0‑2 years in marketing, administration, or customer service. Internship experience welcome.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, problem‑solving mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools (such as Canva, Mailchimp, Social Media)
Personal:
Ambitious, team player, teachable, reliable, detail‑oriented
