Job Description
Domino’s Pizza is looking for qualified customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills for store team roles that may be part‑time or full‑time. The position offers flexible scheduling, on‑site training, and opportunities for advancement to management or franchise ownership.

Job Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements.
Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, make change, and enter orders using a computer or touchscreen.
General Job Duties
Operate all equipment and appliances.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product and assemble orders.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Follow safety and hazard protocols for hot surfaces, moving parts, and weather exposure.
Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided. New hires receive hands‑on instruction for equipment use, order taking, and store policies.
Essential Functions / Skills
Fast and accurate math, including providing correct monetary change.
Customer interaction skills via phone and in‑person.
Keyboard and touchscreen proficiency for order entry.
Coordination and speed when handling orders.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and maneuver in a busy kitchen environment.
Ability to cope with temperature fluctuations, steam, fumes, and occasional exposure to cornmeal dust.
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements Standard in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler rooms to 90°F or higher in hot areas. Employees will perform multiple physical tasks.
Standing for most of the shift; walking on tile or linoleum.
Sitting only during paperwork or brief breaks.
Lifting up to 50 lbs (ingredient cases) and carrying large cans or pizza sauce.
Pushing or pulling trays on dollies (up to 30 lbs).
Climbing ladders or stairs for maintenance as needed.
Bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching above shoulder height for oven controls.
Additional Information It is expected that you will work safely, maintain a positive attitude during busy periods, and be flexible with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role also offers advancement paths into management or franchise ownership for motivated individuals.
