Responsibilities

Develop and refine compelling value propositions and customer messaging for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.

Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams including product, sales, and communications to ensure successful market entry.

Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for differentiation.

Drive customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, developing strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers across their journey.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams on partner marketing and partnership development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand market reach.

Act as a key liaison for customer‑facing projects, gathering insights, and translating customer needs into actionable product and marketing strategies.

Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials.

Proactively identify and develop creative solutions to marketing challenges and opportunities, fostering innovation in our approach.

Influence stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and driving alignment on product marketing strategies and execution plans.

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B or technology‑driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to perform in‑depth competitor analysis and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

Strong coordination skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams.

A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions.

Experience in customer‑facing projects, with a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviours.

Expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, including strategy development and execution.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling customer messaging and clear documentation.

Highly effective influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive consensus.

A strong understanding of product launch methodologies and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clear and concise value propositions.

Compensation For eligible US locations, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 – $133,900, with the role also eligible for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
