The Affiliate & Influencer Specialist leads this intersection.
You will manage end-to-end affiliate programs, identify and nurture creator partnerships, and integrate performance data into broader PR strategy across food, beverage, wellness, and lifestyle brands. You’ll collaborate closely with the PR, client strategy, and creative teams to ensure affiliate and influencer efforts not only fuel coverage — but drive measurable revenue, traffic, and trust.

Responsibilities Breakdown Affiliate Program Management
Own day-to-day management of affiliate programs across networks, prioritizing
Impact
(required), Amazon Associates/Creator, AWIN, and others
Recruit, vet, and onboard affiliates, creators, publishers, and commerce editors aligned with each client's brand values and audience
Optimize program structure, incentives, commission tiers, and product feeds
Maintain product catalogs, codes, UTM links, landing pages, and tracking infrastructure
Partner with earned-media team to support commerce coverage opportunities (Ranked Lists, “Best Of,” Gift Guides, Editor Picks)
Run ongoing performance optimization — split testing offers, analyzing partner segments, and identifying top converters
Monitor program health, fraud, attribution patterns, and quality of traffic
Influencer Partnership Management
Source and evaluate creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Manage gifting, affiliate-driven partnerships, and paid influencer programs when applicable
Build influencer pipelines around campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, and always-on storytelling
Draft outreach messages, negotiate rates, manage scopes, and oversee content delivery.
Collaborate with earned-media team to align creators with earned media moments
Track content performance, link conversions, and long-term partner value
Integrate affiliate strategy into PR calendars, ensuring launch moments have the right partner and conversion support
Work closely with PR managers to identify commerce “white space” and pitch-worthy affiliate angles
Support seasonal campaigns (e.g., Holiday, New Year, Mother’s Day) with aligned affiliate/influencer strategies
Provide strategic recommendations on how PR, influencer, and affiliate can work together to amplify impact
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards — analyzing ROI, traffic, conversion data, and partner tiers to drive strategic optimization and inform tactical pivots.
Translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients, clearly articulating what worked, what didn’t, and recommended next steps.
Monitor emerging trends in commerce content and creator behavior to proactively guide future strategy.
Maintain strong relationships with top-performing creators, affiliates, and publishers — managing VIP lists, sharing new offers, and providing early access to product drops.
Coordinate product sampling end-to-end, including tracking deliveries, receipts, and resulting content.
Build and maintain an organized affiliate & creator database with outreach notes, performance tracking, and program status updates.
Qualifications
3–5+ years managing affiliate programs for consumer brands — ideally across CPG, food & beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or beauty.
Deep experience with
Impact
(required), including program setup, offer management, tracking troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems across Impact, LTK, Amazon, Rakuten, AWIN, plus commerce editorial and publisher networks.
Skilled in creator communication and relationship-building with affiliates, influencers, and editors.
Proficient in performance analytics, attribution, and ROI storytelling — able to turn data into clear strategy.
Excellent written communication for outreach, reporting, and partner-facing materials.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple brands and categories.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, link tracking tools, and integrating affiliate strategy with PR + earned media.
Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of TikTok creator culture and short-form content trends.
