The ideal candidate will have a passion for both historic preservation and innovative new construction projects and will excel in managing luxury, high-end client expectations. Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. - Oversee project management, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to plans. - Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. - Proven experience in both historic preservation and new construction projects. - Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, luxury projects. - Excellent leadership and project management skills. - Proficiency in Revit - Licensed Architect qualified to stamp and seal plans in South Carolina. - Must be able to live or drive to downtown Charleston daily during working hours. **Performance-based bonus incentives. **We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
