Grungo Law, a rapidly growing personal injury firm based in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Legal Research & Writing Attorney to join our team. If you love the challenge of deep legal analysis and persuasive writing — but prefer to stay out of the courtroom — this position is built for you. Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000 yearly Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth legal research for New Jersey and Pennsylvania personal injury matters (motor vehicle, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and more) * Draft and refine motions, oppositions, memoranda, and appellate briefs * Analyze case law, deposition transcripts, and expert reports * Prepare written materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial support * Collaborate with attorneys to ensure consistent tone, quality, and strategy across all filings
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor and license to practice law in New Jersey (PA license a plus) * Experience with PA pleadings, filings, and procedures preferred * Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under deadlines
