Job Description We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, data-minded Creative Analyst to join our growing advertising team. This role is perfect for someone who understands what makes content perform on social platforms — and loves concepting, designing, testing, and optimizing creative that drives real results. You’ll collaborate with our paid media team to produce best‑in‑class ads across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. You’ll also support organic content strategy, help source influencers, build out creative playbooks, and train internal teams on design best practices. Please include a portfolio link on your resume. We’re looking for someone who can pair strong creative execution with performance‑focused thinking. What You’ll Do Creative Production & Execution Concept, design, and produce high‑impact creative for paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Edit short‑form video content using CapCut or similar tools Build graphics and templates in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing Partner with Paid Ads Managers to translate data into new creative concepts Analyze creative performance to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities Maintain a high‑volume creative pipeline to support campaign testing needs Organic Social & Influencer Strategy Support organic content planning for clients across multiple verticals Research, vet, and manage influencer partners Assist with scripting, storyboarding, and content direction Training & Internal Development Help build a creative training program for the agency Teach team members foundational design skills and platform best practices Contribute to internal creative resources, libraries, and processes Work closely with the paid media team, email team, SEO team, and creative leadership Participate in client calls as needed to explain creative rationale and performance insights Communicate proactively with team and management about timelines, priorities, and deliverables What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut A strong creative portfolio with examples of social ad creative and/or organic content Understanding of paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) Ability to design for performance — not just aesthetics Creative thinker who can concept quickly and execute efficiently Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable presenting ideas and explaining creative strategy Bonus: Experience writing scripts, storyboards, or ad copy Why You’ll Love Working Here Collaborative, energetic team culture Opportunity to work across diverse brands and industries Significant room for growth and skill development Chance to help shape the future of the agency’s creative department Hybrid creative + strategic role where your work has measurable impact Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
