This is what we need you for JobDuties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Report projectprogress to Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer and Project Manager Design thepackaging and components for packaging that are assigned out by the SeniorGraphic Designer or Art Director Adaptationand localization of packaging and visual development, branding, and logo designfor all SKUs. Follow branding andprint set up rules established by the Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director Localize componentsthat are assigned out by the Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director Coordinate with theLocalization Teams and Senior Graphic Designer to facilitate handoff of filesand a smooth localization workflow Output files thatmeet print quality standards and uphold established branding rules Participate inregular Creative meetings with other stakeholders. Hand off finalproofing production files for print as directed by the Senior Graphic Designer,Art Director, Project Manager and/or Prepress This is what you can score highly with Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong skills withAdobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Strong printproduction skills, working with overprinting and setting up press-ready PDFs Good typesettingskills Familiarity withLocalization processes Familiarity withcomplex printing techniques such as white underprints, spot foils, etc. Detail-oriented andcan self-manage the moving parts of an evolving creative pipeline. Ability to meettight deadlines Finds solutions tocreative challenges. Collaborative andactive team player. Must be fluent inEnglish (speaking and writing). Must be a nativespeaker of Japanese for print and digital products. Current knowledgeof Japan regional marketing/communication best practices.
