Optomi, in partnership with a premier partner in the telecommunications field, is seeking a User Experience Researcher to support a high-impact digital initiative. This role will be instrumental in improving customer experiences by conducting research that informs product development, enhances communication strategies, and streamlines service interactions.
This role is designated as remote however will require applicants to be based in Dallas, TX OR Atlanta, GA to collaborate at their office as needed.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
Conduct user research to improve digital products and services
Develop research plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive insights
Partner with product and marketing teams to align research with business goals
Advocate for user needs and influence design and development decisions
Qualifications of the right candidate:
5-8 years of UX research experience in digital products or service-based industries
Expertise in user research methodologies and data-driven decision-making
Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
Experience with mobile applications and automated customer interaction tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interactive Media, Psychology, Sociology, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
