Job Description Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Director to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a highly skilled technical team and drive technical strategy across the organization. What You'll Be Doing Create and update technical strategy. Ensure strategy alignment across the organization. Document technical vision and compare it to the current state. Develop a roadmap to transition from current state to future state. Oversee and develop the Technical team. Lead technical volumes of proposals, ensuring responsiveness and clear discriminators. Supports Business Development and Capture Strategy activities. Assist with customer engagements by developing briefings that highlight company differentiators. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify solutions, services, and best practices to keep team at the forefront of innovation. Engage customers and technical team. Leverage strong relationships to influence decision‑making and strengthen customer trust. Build and refine a high‑performing technology organization. What Required Skills You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree 15+ years experience within Cybersecurity and Expert in AI. 10+ years experience leading teams. Prior Experience in Military and USCC. Developed AI Tools and in depth knowledge of AI. Expert in SAFe and experience in large PI events. Expert in Title 10. Prior SIGINT Experience. IAT Level 2 or 3 Certifications. Advanced presentation skills. Superb oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail, making decisive decisions. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills. What Desired Skills You'll Bring Master's Degree IC Experience Security Clearance Requirement An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
