Our amazing community is rich in history and home to the Birthplace of Country Music, Bristol Motor Speedway, and World Class Hiking and Fishing.We are seeking a **SUPERSTAR** Multimedia Content Producer/DirectorJoin our team which has been a **LEADER** in delivering local content to our viewers for more than 70 years.To learn more about our beautiful area click here-The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and work collaboratively with both our digital and television teams.Key Responsibilities:* Create engaging content for broadcast and digital platforms with attention to grammar and detail.* Shoot and Edit video for all media platforms.* Create content that captivates and informs readers.* Set up and Support live and pre-recorded broadcast and streams.* Manage multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency.* Collaborate with team members while also working independently.* Direct and Operate studio and remote equipment (cameras, graphics, etc.) during newscasts and media productions.Requirements:* Multi-tasking* Excellent writing and communication skills.* Understanding of social media and digital analytics is a plus.* Calm, positive demeanor under deadline pressure.* Proficiency in computer usage; experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, WordPress and OBS capabilities is a plus.* Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:* Degree in Journalism or related field.* Experience in television production or post-production.Work Environment: Team atmosphere in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
