Title: Print and Packaging Designer (Contract)

Ongoing, 40 hrs a week, 9-6pm. Hybrid; 2 days a week in South LA.

Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Candidates must be skilled in Figma and passionate about bringing print creative to life. A strong understanding of how digital design translates to print (and vice versa) is essential for success in this digital-first, print-focused role.

We’re looking for a Print Designer with a strong background in packaging and retail design to join our team on a contract basis. This role is mostly focused on print—packaging, retail displays (POP, POS, end caps, shelf talkers), PR boxes, and marketing collateral. You should bring a sharp design eye, technical precision, and a passion for visual merchandising.

Candidates must be comfortable designing in a digital-first environment while producing flawless print-ready assets in Figma.

What You’ll Do:

• Design packaging and retail displays (primary and secondary packaging, PR boxes, event signage, direct mailers, POP, POS, end caps, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on brand‑aligned print deliverables
• Convert digital assets into print‑ready formats using Figma & Adobe CC
• Prep production files and participate in press checks
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, creative environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years in packaging and print design (CPG experience a plus)
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong grasp of print production processes and file prep
• Detail‑oriented with strong typography, layout, and color skills
• Portfolio showcasing packaging and retail work required
