Creative Director at Climate First Bank
The Creative Director will be the driving force behind bringing our creative ideas to life. From digital design to copywriting to capturing the look and feel of our organization, you will be the artist behind it all, supporting both Climate First Bank and OneEthos. You’ll develop compelling campaigns, capture our audience through storytelling, and deliver wow‑worthy designs. The ideal candidate is an artist across disciplines with the ability to create, execute, and produce high‑quality content.

What You’ll Contribute as a Creative Director
- Multi‑Discipline Artistry – Execute our creative strategy, writing compelling copy and creating striking designs across marketing materials.
- Leadership – Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary creative team while balancing managerial duties with content production.
- Brand Stewardship – Own brand development, ensuring consistency across digital, print, in‑branch, and community touchpoints.

- Experience and Education – 5+ years in creative leadership with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
