Responsibilities

  • Manage various signage fulfillment responsibilities, including store data management, inventory, promotional signage distribution and tracking, coffeehouse partner support, supplier support, and digital menu content deployment & publishing.
  • Lead cross‑functional efforts to maximize accuracy and scope of store profile data.
  • Be responsible for maintaining store profiles for all creative studio‑supported programs.
  • Manage highly complex creative projects and programs independently, executing multiple deliverables, timelines, and identifying risk.
  • Use existing marketing & creative technology, tools & processes to execute day‑to‑day creative, content & production design projects.
  • Support and implement creative operations models, including processes, tools, systems, etc., to drive improvements to existing end‑to‑end processes in partnership with leadership, cross‑functional partners, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate fulfillment timelines and collaborate with in‑house Print Production, Coffeehouse Operations, Marketing, and Creative Production.
  • Manage fulfillment supplier; work with suppliers to ensure their systems and processes meet our objectives, standards, and timelines.
  • Manage all projects related to fulfillment and system development/enhancement.
  • Test new tool features and capabilities as they become available to identify opportunities to maximize return on existing technological investments.
  • Manage dedicated promotional/signage request tools and email systems.
  • Manage new store sign distribution program with fulfillment supplier, coordinating cross‑functional communication and distribution of new store information.
  • Manage inventory of all core and promotional signage in distribution centers, fulfillment houses, and the support center.
  • Forecast and communicate print inventory, fulfillment, and freight cost estimates for all creative studio projects.
  • Have a deep level of knowledge about various aspects of traditional and non‑traditional production, including but not limited to print and digital.
  • Be accountable for the innovation, development, implementation, evolution, and education of the fulfillment strategy.
  • Provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members to achieve partners, business, and customer results.
  • Challenge and inspire team members to achieve business results.
  • Lead via influence and by example, develop strong cross‑functional relationships, and identify and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS with concentration in business, marketing, technology or similar field required.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Data management, with proficiency in Excel and other database management tools.
  • Compelling presentation skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written, and email skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box to achieve results.
  • Able to execute best‑in‑class vendor management processes independently; understand digital production & operations vendors and their capabilities.
  • Ability & willingness to adapt new technologies & concepts quickly; interest in technology & digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems.

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
