Our Music, Worship and Pastoral Support position is an ideal opportunity for an upcoming college graduate or recently graduated with a degree in music, ministry or theology. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to join Trinity Church in January through February 2026. This full‑time hybrid position offers compensation and benefits based on experience, knowledge, skills and level of education.

Your Background

• Pastoral experience emphasizing the development, nourishment and sustainable support of multiple ministries, small group and community outreach activities.
• Multiple music genre, arrangements and worship styles.
• Coaching singers using arrangements and keys best suited to their capabilities.
• Leading church worship with an instrument, preferably piano or guitar.
• A degree in theology, ministry, or music preferred. Current or recent work toward an advanced degree in theology a plus.

Your Range of Responsibilities

• Working closely with Sr Pastor in every aspect of church life.
• Collaborating with Sr Pastor to select the music and worship plan associated with each sermon.
• Leading all aspects of music and worship for Sunday morning services.
• Choosing music, scheduling and leading weekly worship rehearsals.
• Producing special seasonal musical events and worship services.
• Shepherding ministry team members.
• Overseeing all relevant team communications.
• Planning and managing the music and worship budget.
• Developing, nourishing and sustaining ministries and small groups.
• Assisting in developing and planning annual sermon series.
• Leading Sunday morning worship services including sermons in the Sr Pastor’s absence.
• Additional responsibilities as determined/needed by Sr Pastor.
