We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to create compelling, high-impact content that educates, engages, and converts our target audience. You will work closely with the Product Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships teams to produce content that positions Channelwill as a leader in eCommerce SaaS.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, knows the Shopify/DTC brand space, and can turn complex product ideas into engaging narratives that drive awareness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Write and publish high-quality content across multiple channels—blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social, newsletters, and landing pages.
Thought Leadership: Partner with Product Marketing to create industry-leading content that educates DTC brands on post-purchase and retention strategies.
Case Studies & Customer Stories: Collaborate with Customer Success to capture merchant success stories and translate them into powerful narratives.
SEO & Performance: Optimize content for search visibility and measure performance to inform content strategy.
Campaign Support: Develop copy and assets for campaigns, webinars, events, and email nurture flows.
Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all marketing channels.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on Shopify ecosystem trends, competitor positioning, and content opportunities in the DTC space.
Requirements
Bachelor’sdegreeorhigher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Over 2 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related roles (preferably in SaaS/eCommerce).
Strong writing and editing skills with proven ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences.
Familiaritywiththe Shopify/DTCbrandecosystem and related SaaS tools.
KnowledgeofSEObestpracticesandcontentperformance metrics.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
A portfolio of published work (blogs, articles, campaigns, or other content assets).
