You will be joining a team that delivers cutting‑edge IP‑based SMPTE 2110 broadcast infrastructure projects. YOUR CHALLENGE Candidate must be able to travel to the worksite located in New York City. Key Responsibilities Project Commissioning & Configuration Deploy and configure broadcast systems at customer sites. Ensure seamless integration of Lawo products into client environments. Collaborate closely with Lawo headquarters in Germany for technical alignment. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide remote and on‑site support for post‑installation issues. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in IP broadcast systems. Pre‑Sales & Consulting Assist sales teams with technical consulting and conceptual design. Support customer engagements with tailored solutions and demos. Programming & Automation Configure systems using Python, Linux, and Kubernetes. Utilize Docker and Ansible for automation and deployment tasks. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of configurations, issues, and resolutions. Create user guides and technical documentation for clients. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in broadcast technology, preferably with IP‑based systems. Strong understanding of SMPTE ST 2110 , Layer 3 networking, and multicast workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation tools. Moderate proficiency in Python, Linux, and Kubernetes; experience with Docker and Ansible is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
