This position requires local support, 3 days onsite in either our downtown LA or Washington, DC office . Unlock Your Potential A passion for visual storytelling and design that communicates clearly and inspires action Expertise in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and color theory Meticulous attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows Skilled at translating complex concepts into compelling visuals and infographics Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communications Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and basic photography/audio/video editing Experience or interest in the AEC industry is a plus What You’ll Be Doing Your primary focus will be to provide creative and design expertise in the production of internal and external marketing and communication efforts firmwide. Specific duties include the design and production of graphics associated with firmwide marketing, public relations, and communications efforts, including: Proposals and other marketing collateral Charts, graphs, diagrams, infographics, and other communications graphics, including social media PowerPoint and other forms of interactive digital presentations Template creation, implementation, and graphics related to technical team project deliverables Environmental graphics including signage, presentation boards, exhibits, and displays Internal documents, guidelines, and instructions Visual asset organization and ongoing maintenance Video and audio production and editing Why Work With Us? 29+ years strong in North America and growing fast—with a positive, energizing culture.
