Location: Avon Lake, Ohio, On-site Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Salary Range: Commensurate with experience; Starting at $48K About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives for Emerge Inc. and LorainCounty.com. In this role, you will manage multiple marketing efforts that amplify the reach and impact of Emerge and LorainCounty.com. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to meet organizational goals. Collaborate with the team to create and refine a cohesive strategy for Emerge’s SaaS products. Drive the development and implementation of the LorainCounty.com strategy to maximize awareness and engagement. 2. Campaign Oversight and Coordination Lead the creation and execution of overarching marketing strategies for Emerge and LorainCounty.com. Support all marketing activities for Emerge Inc. and LorainCounty.com, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 3. Brand Management and Standards Establish and maintain brand standards for Emerge Inc. and LorainCounty.com, ensuring high-quality and consistent representation across all materials. Monitor adherence to branding guidelines and provide guidance to internal and external partners as needed. 4. Content and Communications Oversee the creation, distribution, and performance analysis of all Emerge Inc. and LorainCounty.com e-newsletters. Ensure content aligns with strategic objectives and meets audience needs while leveraging best practices in digital communications. Develop, implement, and manage Emerge/LorainCounty.com’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing. Skills: Creative problem-solving skills and expertise in content creation. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns. Experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns. Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize campaign performance. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications (preferred).
