About the Role The Entry‑Level Sales & Marketing Representative plays an essential role in identifying new customers, qualifying leads, closing sales, and maintaining long‑term relationships throughout the Madison area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hungry to grow, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in marketing and sales.
Responsibilities
Execute in‑person retail sales and marketing campaigns
Build and nurture customer relationships
Accurately input customer data and maintain sales records
Provide exceptional customer service and brand representation
Contribute to promotional strategies and campaign execution
Support and coach team members as you grow
Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Travel opportunities

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, student mentality
A team‑oriented attitude
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable working face‑to‑face in a fast‑paced environment
