Job Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product launches, ecosystem initiatives, and thought-leadership campaigns that expand the company’s visibility and influence.
Strategic Positioning & Messaging:
Define and communicate the company’s value proposition in interconnect (PCIe, CXL, Ethernet) and photonics/optical domains. Translate complex technology into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
Ecosystem Engagement:
Drive participation in key industry events, standards bodies (PCI-SIG, CXL Consortium, OIF), and conferences to position the company as a leading voice in next-generation connectivity.
Qualifications
Experience:
15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the semiconductor, high-performance computing, or optical communications sectors, ideally spanning both technical and commercial responsibilities.
Memory Expertise:
Deep knowledge of advanced memory technologies such as HBM and DDR, with experience driving product or market strategies that align memory innovation with the performance and bandwidth demands of AI and HPC systems.
Technical Acumen:
Deep understanding of interconnect technologies (PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, InfiniBand) and photonics/optical communication systems (e.g., silicon photonics, optical interposers, optical I/O).
Industry Presence:
Experience engaging in or contributing to standards organizations (PCI-SIG, CXL Consortium, OIF, etc.) and influencing technology direction through thought leadership.
