As a Music Enrichment Instructor, you will: Guide and mentor fellow teachers, showcasing exemplary teaching behaviors and offering constructive feedback. Implement engaging music activities tailored to the unique needs of each child. Create a supportive and joyful environment where children can learn through play. Establish meaningful partnerships with parents, ensuring a shared commitment to exceptional care and education. Contribute to the center’s goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement. Build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional customer service abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements. Experience as an approved state trainer is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Meet state-specific qualifications for this role or be willing to obtain them. Certification in CPR and First Aid or willingness to acquire it. Physically capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and able to comfortably work indoors or outdoors. Ability to engage with children at their level, ensuring safety and fostering interaction.
