Our client is a leading architecture and design practice based in New York City, working across civic, cultural, workplace, retail, and adaptive reuse projects. The studio is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to sustainability, and impactful design solutions.
We are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer with 4+ years of professional experience. This is a full-time position with hybrid work options. The role involves working across all phases of design and construction, developing documentation, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to design delivery. Proficiency in Revit (BIM 360), Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam is required.
The requirements of the role are : 4+ years of experience across all phases of design and construction Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design Proficiency in Revit (BIM 360), Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam Experience with workplace, retail, or adaptive reuse projects a plus Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as LEED, WELL, PHIUS, and LBC preferred Strong technical and design skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
