Westminster Schools of Augusta is seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-driven professional to join our Marketing & Communications Department. This full-time position focuses on visual branding, graphic design, digital storytelling, and website content management. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong design instincts, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for supporting Westminster’s mission through excellent visual and written communication.

Our marketing and communications team works closely together to plan, create, and execute school-wide messaging. This team member must be flexible, able to pivot as needs arise, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple projects at once. Strong collaboration, clear communication, and willingness to support others are key components of success in this role. Primary Responsibilities
Design and manage print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, posters, event campaigns, social graphics, programs, and promotional collateral.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all internal and external communications.
Update and manage website content through Finalsite (or willingness to learn).
Assist in the development of school-wide marketing initiatives, enrollment campaigns, fundraising visuals, and seasonal promotions.
Create engaging visual content for social media, newsletters, and school publications.
Collaborate regularly with admissions, athletics, and administration for project flow, deadlines, and message consistency.
Maintain organized design archives and deliverables for long-term access and continuity.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong graphic design experience, including layout, composition, color theory, and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and communicate clearly.
Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Familiarity with
Canva
for quick-turn design work.
Experience using
Finalsite
(or similar CMS) for website updates.
Photography and/or video editing abilities are a plus.
Experience in marketing, public relations, or school communications is beneficial.
