Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the
end-to-end UX design process
from research to final delivery. Develop and implement
UX strategies
ligned with business goals and user needs. Create
user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
. Conduct
user research, usability testing
, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions. Collaborate closely with
product managers, developers, and other designers
to ensure seamless implementation. Maintain and evolve
design systems
nd
style guides
. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams. Stay updated with the latest
design trends, tools, and technologies
. Should have knowledge and hands on experience in front end development Required Skills & Qualifications
7-8 years of experience in
UI/UX design
, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and visual design. Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator
, or similar tools. Strong understanding of
UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design
. Experience with
responsive and mobile-first design
. Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences. Basic experience in front end development (Angular/ ReactJs etc.) Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments. Familiarity with Front end development.
