About the Role
The company is on the lookout for a visionary Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) to lead an exciting transformation and elevation of its brand in light of a historic expansion. This influential leader will be responsible for defining and managing the brand’s identity, creating compelling storytelling, and developing innovative fan engagement strategies.
As the CMCO, you will play a critical role in enhancing the organization’s brand reputation as it prepares for a substantial increase in scale, visibility, and cultural significance. Your key responsibilities will include:
Establishing a clear vision and strategy for brand marketing.
Integrating strategic communications to ensure a cohesive message across channels.
Overseeing data-driven marketing initiatives to maximize impact.
Leading a talented team and fostering partnerships to boost sponsorship ROI.
Proactively managing the brand narrative, including crisis communications.
