The salary range for this position is $127,100 - $158,900 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Global Media & Performance Marketing is a new role within the evolving Fenty Beauty global organization and will be responsible for supporting the global full-funnel media frameworks & testing. The right candidate has a strong understanding and expertise across media & performance marketing channels in support of DTC and wholesale business across NAM and global markets. This person should have proven and measurable impact in marrying analytical and tactical skill with strong creative and brand storytelling to drive results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with internal NAM and global teams in developing media campaigns and strategies for regional activation through consultative support. Support media execution as it relates to new market strategies, channel expansion, or other special projects, testing tactics and developing best practice framework to partner with and transition to regional stakeholders. Understand and scope retail media offerings across key markets and support testing and strategy across regions. Leverage analytics and measurement platforms to analyze and understand media impact and effectiveness across the funnel and to inform future campaign planning and budget. Design media tests and experiments with assurance of sound measurement design and implementation to understand media effectiveness as well as develop best practices and frameworks. Develop relationships and partner closely with external agencies and media platform partners on understanding and leveraging ad innovations, best practices, testing alpha/beta opportunities, supporting key partnership activations, etc. Support global media creative requirements and best practices; collaborate with global creative, global marketing, and regional teams to identify needs and creative learnings to integrate into briefs. Plan key sessions for media education and insight sharing across regions, both internally and with external media vendors and partners. Develop best practices and guideline for tagging, tracking, and data integration for media and support adaptation to regional considerations and requirements. Advise on budget and investment mix in media planning and manage invoice processing as needed. Support training, mentorship, and consultative expertise on media for marketing partners in key global regions. Share insights and updates cross-functionally and to team leadership regarding paid media trends & performance. Emulate a culture of innovation; keep a pulse on trends and technologies in the industry, share ideas and insights, and scope new growth opportunities across the globe. REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of related media & performance marketing experience at industry-leading brands/companies/agencies, ideally in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods with eCommerce, retail, and/or DTC experience preferred. Prior background in a global role preferred; developing media plans & strategies for global markets and in collaborating with global marketing teams. Demonstrated experience in building relationships with internal partners, agencies, publishers, and platform partners. Able to balance both creative and analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed. Strong working knowledge of analytics tools and technology (Google Analytics, platform ads managers, tag management platforms, etc.) & media measurement models & test design (MMM, lift studies, etc.) Demonstrated ability to own strong creative briefing and create/adapt processes. Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to bubble up insights and trends in a concise, shareable manner; experience creating dashboards and reports. Experience managing across multiple brands at once a plus. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. BA/BS in a technical field from a leading university or equivalent experience.
