Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays.
Responsibilities
Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others) are well represented and stocked following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25–35 miles of Burlington, VT (primary location) or the secondary locations of Williston and Essex Junction, VT.
Schedule availability: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat, or Sun.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 based on experience.
