TheCOSAM Communications and Marketing Office at Auburn University is looking for a creative and motivated student to join our team as a Student Video Producer. This position offers hands-on experience in video production, editing, and content creation for COSAM's social media, website, and promotional materials. Essential Functions
Video Production: Assist in filmingCOSAM events, student stories, faculty features, and promotional content using our professional Sony camera gear.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit video projects using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite products on Mac and PC workstations.
Content Creation: Help develop creative ideas for video content that highlights the impact ofCOSAM students, faculty, and programs.
Photography: Capture high-quality photos for social media and marketing materials when needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the communications team to produce engaging content that aligns with COSAM's messaging.

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled Auburn University student
Basic knowledge of video production and editing (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).
Strong interest in storytelling, marketing, and digital media.
Ability to meet project deadlines
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on projects.
Familiarity with camera operation (especially Sony cameras) or a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Photography skills and experience with Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom.
Pay Rate
$11.00/hour
