Meta's Global Media Organization is seeking an experienced paid media leader to join our Corporate Marketing Media Strategy team. The team is responsible for designing the role of media in marketing, while planning and executing paid media initiatives that advance Meta's top priorities. As a Media Strategy Manager, you will design and execute industry-leading, data-driven media strategies that deliver Meta Brand and AI messaging to priority audiences - driving sentiment and achieving funnel objectives. You will leverage your expertise in paid media, media measurement and analytics, audience insights, digital / social platforms, and marketplace trends to develop and implement effective, forward-thinking media strategies within integrated go-to-market plans. This role, you will bring your thought leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrated experience driving flawless execution across tests and scaled programs with multiple channels and partners, to deliver measurable business impact. You will be expected to champion a data-first approach, utilizing analytics and programmatic platforms to refine targeting, execution, measurement and optimization. You will be responsible for building partnerships and establishing regular forums for collaboration with cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Decision Science, Insights, Creative, Communications, Partnerships, MarTech, and agency partners. You are someone who has a demonstrated track record of leading brand-focused campaigns with robust data inputs and rigor, and effectively influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels. Success in this role requires thriving in a deadline-focused environments and excelling at managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should be adept at championing a data-driven approach with a proven track record of using Meta platforms to drive continuous improvement, breakthrough and business results.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary media POC and single-threaded owner of integrated media strategy, channel planning and campaign execution across Meta's owned and off-platform channels

• Develop data-informed media strategies grounded in objectives, audience, channel, and marketplace insights, to drive innovation and business outcomes

• Provide thought leadership and strategic analysis to shape go-to-market approaches

• Define clear media strategy briefs, including campaign parameters, audience and channel strategies, testing and learning agendas

• Leverage analytics, measurement models, and programmatic buying to develop, execute, and optimize media strategies

• Analyze performance, historical learnings, and business needs to to optimize strategies and identify improvement opportunities

• Partner across Global Media, Marketing, Decision Science, Market Insights, Creative, Communications, MarTech, and agency teams to deliver integrated, high-impact work

• Enable connections between cross-functional teams and lead communications on priorities for Media to internal teams, agency, and marketing leadership

• Lead communication of priorities for Media across internal teams, agency partners, and marketing leadership

• Act as a subject-matter-expert, incorporating industry innovation and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large-scale consumer campaigns within an agency or client organization

• Experience creating compelling executive-level communications and presenting to the Leadership team

• Demonstrated experience to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment

• Experience working in data-driven environments and translating insights into strategy

• Knowledge of media, measurement, and analytics trends

• Experience managing media agency resources

• Experience using media measurement and analytics, with experience translating data into actionable recommendations and optimizations

• Experience planning and executing integrated, multi-channel media strategies and plans, including Meta-certified in digital planning skills (Meta Blueprint)

• Experience in planning and executing scaled, integrated media strategies, multi-channel media campaigns and working in data-driven environments

• Experience identifying optimization and audience opportunities through data and research

• Demonstrated experience operating in time-sensitive, ambiguous environments

• Demonstrated experience understanding the evolving media landscape, audience insights, market landscape, and emerging platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering closely with creative teams to align creative and media strategies

• Experience collaborating with data science/analytics teams to shape measurement plans, learning agendas, and advanced testing frameworks (e.g., A/B testing)

• Hands-on experience with programmatic media buys, audience segmentation, and in-flight optimization
