Job Summary:
Join the Design Studio team as a Senior Product Designer, where you will be pivotal in maintaining and evolving the visual and experiential identity of clients' products across all platforms. This role demands a harmonious blend of creativity and technical skill to ensure design consistency, clarity, and scalability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cohesive, accessible, and delightful experiences for millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, organize, and maintain design documentation in Figma and Webflow. Create and update reference materials for product, brand, typography, and motion design. Partner with designers to translate design principles into clear, usable guidelines. Manage and evolve design documentation portals and component libraries. Ensure alignment with accessibility and usability best practices.
Must-have Skills:
Proficiency in Figma for components, libraries, and documentation. Experience with Webflow or similar platforms for building documentation. Strong visual and written communication skills.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in technology, media, digital products, or large-scale design system environments (e.g., Google, Meta, Adobe, or similar) are preferred.
This role is a remote position, open to candidates in the US, with no travel required. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years in design systems, documentation, or UX design roles, showcasing a passion for design systems and documentation excellence.
