Founding Visual Design Lead
will own strategy and output end‑to‑end, setting the standard for speed, craft, and consistency.
About DualEntry Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of NYC’s fastest‑growing AI startups, backed by top‑tier VCs and 30+ unicorn founders. We’re building a category‑defining AI‑native SaaS ERP product to automate and modernize enterprise accounting, and we want you to lead the visual experience.
Location:
Remote with overlap to our New York HQ on US EST timezone.
Where You’ll Create Impact
Deliver high‑speed, high‑quality design across all channels: marketing assets, website, product marketing, digital brand, motion graphics, in‑app illustrations, print, merchandising, and more.
Define, maintain, and evolve DualEntry’s design system and brand identity.
Manage 1–2 freelance designers to increase output and consistency.
Bridge strategy and execution, from brand storytelling to pixel‑level design.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Founders to ensure design drives clarity and differentiation.
How You’ll Work You’ll work directly with:
Founders
– clarify design vision.
Marketing & GTM
– deliver assets that increase revenue.
Product & Engineering
– create UX moments and ensure consistency.
You’ll operate with full ownership: balance speed with craft, make fast decisions, and elevate the design bar across the company.
What Sets You Up for Success
6+ years of professional design experience (agency or startup) spanning digital, motion, and brand.
Exceptional visual taste, craft, and attention to detail.
Proven ability to deliver at high speed without compromising quality.
Strong portfolio across digital, brand, motion/animation, and marketing design.
Deep mastery of Figma and adjacent tools (Adobe Suite, After Effects, Blender/Cinema4D).
Experience managing freelancers for fast, consistent output.
Bonus: SaaS and FinTech experience.
