Founder | Helping Manufacturers & Contractors Build and Maintain EHS Compliance Systems That Protect People, Profit, Reputation & Drive Growth (In order to be considered for the position, make sure to follow the instructions at the bottom of the ad)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who loves structure, clear goals, meaningful work — and being part of a team that actually enjoys working together.
About Our Company: Berg Compliance Solutions has been helping Texas manufacturers protect their employees, their communities, and the environment for
22+ years
by building and maintaining environmental, health and safety compliance programs.
We’ve guided hundreds of manufacturers through complex regulations, helped them avoid costly penalties, and supported them in creating safer, healthier workplaces. We’re proud of the long-term impact we've had on Texas industry — and we’re now building a modern, highly targeted outreach engine to help even more companies.
This role is a hybrid position with weekly in-office time at our Austin HQ. You’ll work directly with the business owner and play a key role in supporting outreach, marketing execution, and early-stage sales activities.
If you’re ambitious, organized, flexible, and enjoy juggling different projects in a structured environment — you’ll love this role.
The Role: As our
ABM & Outbound Marketing Coordinator , you'll help implement our Account-Based Marketing strategy designed to convert our targeted list of Texas manufacturers in high growth sectors, generate new manufacturing leads and book qualified sales meetings (no cold-calling required). You’ll handle daily outreach tasks, keep our systems organized, support content scheduling, and coordinate with our SEO agency.
While this is not a creative director role, you will be deeply involved in ensuring all marketing and outreach activities run smoothly, consistently, and on schedule.
Your job is to take strategic direction from the owner and turn it into real, tactical execution — with autonomy, clarity, and ownership.
Your job will be to take the strategic guidance and make it a reality with tactical implementation and execution. The ability to organize, plan, and structure your workload in an autonomous fashion will be absolutely key to your success in this role. We neither have the time nor the inclination to micromanage you. You’ll have a lot of freedom in this role but also a lot of responsibility.
THE SIX NON-NEGOTIABLES OF THIS ROLE ARE:
Written communication skills . You’ll be crafting direct marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, web and social media. Your English written skills need to be excellent, and we will expect to see samples of your previous work.
Being tech-savvy . You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you must be tech-savvy and be able to learn how to use new marketing tools and technologies quickly. While we don’t expect you to know all of the tools we use, we do expect you to be comfortable with tech and able to pick up the concepts. Your daily tools of the trade will be CRM systems, content management systems, email marketing, etc.
Project management.
This role has multiple moving parts. You must enjoy updating boards, tracking tasks, meeting deadlines, and keeping simultaneous projects organized.
Being teachable and coacheable . We’ll teach you our ABM outreach system. You don’t need to know everything — but you do need to be open, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Being a self-starter.
Goals will be clear. But how you get there will often be up to you. You must be comfortable planning your day, prioritizing tasks, and keeping things moving without micromanagement.
Detail-Oriented and Reliable
Outreach, CRM updates, and KPI tracking require precision. Small mistakes can derail follow-ups or cause missed opportunities. Details matter here.
