Springtide is seeking a
Marketing and Proposal Coordinator
to work out of its parent company's office located in
New York City .
This position is suited to someone with experience in coordinating bids and marketing activities, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and supporting documents.
Manage bid timelines, gather information from team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support the development of win themes and tailored responses for each opportunity.
Maintain and update databases of CVs, project information, and marketing materials.
Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate and on‑brand.
Develop engaging content, including graphics, short articles, and company updates.
Track and report on bid and marketing activity, including outcomes and engagement metrics.
Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform both bids and marketing.
Ensure all documents and communications are well‑presented and compliant with company standards.
Support the continuous improvement of bid and marketing processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years experience in a marketing or sales capacity with exposure to proposal qualification package preparation.
Proven experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator Tasks.
Knowledge of Database Concepts.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Context, Environment, & Safety
Adheres to office safety guidelines and follows corporate quality work processes.
Travel is minimal, but there might be a need to support regional offices on bid opportunities when necessary.
May attend meetings on and off‑site and might tour project areas while escorted by the client or IPS Supervisors for observation purposes.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with
video required .
