The Digital Content Strategist is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and conversion. This hands‑on role emphasizes both content strategy and creation by developing compelling stories across paid, owned, and earned channels to connect with our target audiences.
In this position, you will manage and execute social media strategies, digital advertising, content creation, and customer communications to support brand visibility and business development. Success in this role requires strong planning, creativity, and cross‑team collaboration to drive engagement, retention, and positive outcomes for Choice Bank and the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and optimize content across digital channels including paid ads, social media, blog articles, landing pages, and email campaigns ensuring alignment with Choice Bank’s brand voice.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign narratives and messaging tailored to key audiences and personas.
Apply research and behavioral insights to select the appropriate tactics for each audience and channel.
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate service success stories, product highlights, and thought leadership into engaging marketing assets.
Repurpose and extend existing content to maximize reach and impact across platforms.
Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage and grow Choice Bank’s social media presence, engaging with followers and fostering community.
Develop content that engages, educates and converts customers across a variety of formats and channels.
Collaborate with and train sales teams on effective use of social media.
Engage and support sales teams with their individual content strategies.
Develop and execute paid and organic digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor paid and organic performance and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, ad formats, and best practices.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and re‑engage customers.
Optimize email performance through testing, analytics, and creative iteration.
Track and report on content and campaign performance using analytics tools to inform future strategy.
Test and refine messaging, creative formats, and targeting to improve engagement and deepen connections with our audience.
Partner with sales and other teams to gather feedback and ensure content aligns with buyer needs and market trends.
Track and analyze marketing and sales metrics to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.>
Maintain ongoing social listening to support reputation management and community engagement.
Requirements
4 to 6 years of relevant experience with requisite competencies.
1+ years of experience creating and executing B2B marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Strong portfolio of written content—ranging from ad copy and social posts to long‑form articles and email campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and brand voice consistency.
Program Skills

Digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Analytics tools and SEO
Social media management software
An understanding of CRM platforms (Microsoft CRM preferred)
Content creation tools including Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Project management tools like Monday.com
Travel Requirement This position will require periodic travel to support business needs, including team collaboration, internal trainings, and cross‑functional initiatives. The frequency and duration of travel will vary based on organizational priorities and team needs. Approximately 5‑10%.
