About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager with strong experience launching consumer-facing digital products, mobile apps, and subscription-based offerings. The ideal candidate will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for innovative digital experiences, driving adoption, engagement, and retention.
This role requires seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Analytics, and Lifecycle Marketing to deliver impactful product launches and campaigns. The candidate must excel in connecting product functionality with compelling storytelling while maintaining operational excellence throughout the launch cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end GTM strategy for new app features, updates, lifecycle journeys, and in-app experiences.
Develop strong value propositions, messaging frameworks, and product positioning.
Lead and coordinate launch planning with Product, Creative, Content, Analytics, Data, and Channel teams.
Translate technical features and user needs into impactful consumer-facing narratives.
Creative Development & Briefing
Drive creative briefs from conception through execution including narrative, channel mix, and content needs.
Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop high-quality campaign assets.
Utilize creative testing and performance insights to optimize messaging and visual direction.
Build integrated 360° marketing campaigns across app, web, email, social, and push channels.
Develop detailed campaign briefs including segmentation, KPIs, messaging strategy, and channel plans.
Maintain calendars, workflows, and deliverables to ensure seamless and timely execution.
Data & Insights
Work closely with Analytics to build insight-driven strategies using retention, engagement, conversion, and subscription KPIs.
Measure campaign and launch effectiveness and provide insights for continuous optimization.
Develop performance reporting frameworks to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a strategic partner and communication bridge across internal teams.
Ensure consistent alignment on objectives, messaging, timelines, and performance goals.
Qualifications
5–7+ years of experience in consumer product marketing, mobile app marketing, or digital product GTM.
Proven success leading product launches and partnering closely with Product and Design teams.
Experience with mobile apps, subscription products, consumer tech, or direct-to-consumer digital services.
Ability to convert product features into compelling user-facing value narratives.
Expertise in building product messaging, positioning, and campaign materials.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance data interpretation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
