Fast-track to PM: Direct mentorship from WI's top construction leaders Join a $200M+ Design-Build powerhouse and build landmark Wisconsin projects. About Our Client

This $200M+ Design-Build General Contractor is a dominant force in the Wisconsin market, celebrated for delivering complex industrial, healthcare, and commercial projects without the bureaucratic red tape of national mega-corps. They combine the financial muscle and advanced technology of a Tier 1 firm with the retention rates and family-oriented culture of a local business - meaning you get big-project experience, but you are treated as a future leader, not a cog in the machine.

Job Description

Own the Documentation: drive the RFI, submittal, and change order processes with precision to keep the project moving forward. Manage the Money: Assist the PM in monthly pay apps, budget updates, and cost forecasting to ensure project profitability. Design-Build Coordination: Act as a liaison between the owner, architects, and field teams during pre-construction and construction phases to solve design clashes early. Schedule Control: Help build and update the master schedule (MS Project or P6), ensuring critical path milestones are hit. Subcontractor Leadership: Lead coordination meetings and scope reviews, holding trade partners accountable for quality and safety standards. Field Integration: Spend significant time on-site to bridge the gap between the trailer and the office, gaining the field respect necessary to be a future Project Manager. MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.

The Successful Applicant

Education: B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent architectural degree. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in modern construction tech stacks, specifically Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (MS Project/P6). Communication: The ability to "speak construction" with superintendents and "speak business" with clients; you must be confident and articulate. What's on Offer

Competitive salary: $105000 to $115000 + Bonus Vehicle Package: Company truck or generous vehicle allowance + gas card. Full Benefits Suite: 100% covered premium options for health/dental/vision and a strong 401k match.
