Event Marketing Manager – Nashville, TN We’re hiring an Event Marketing Manager to manage all aspects of event planning and execution, building brand awareness and driving lead generation at various events and home shows. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Core Role Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for Window Nation.
Identify, negotiate, and attend various events (trade shows, fairs, festivals, community events, etc.) to generate leads within your geographic market.
Responsible for budget forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining approved budget.
Meet and exceed sales lead quotas based on established KPIs.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop event team members to deliver exceptional experiences for employees and customers.
Manage event representative schedules to ensure the event calendar is staffed for success.
Partner with branch operations, marketing, and sales to grow a strong brand presence within the market.
Track and report event metrics to evaluate team and individual performance.
Travel up to 40% of the time.
Work weekends and/or evenings to support scheduled events.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, up to 6 hours during events.
2+ years in a customer‑facing leadership position.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
Ability to drive a box truck.
Note: This position involves operating a company vehicle. Driving records will be verified before hire and periodically thereafter in accordance with state laws and company policy.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree.
Experience in event marketing, field marketing, sales, or lead generation.
Strong negotiation, recruiting, and training skills.
Self‑starter with ability to manage and develop others.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, team‑oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
