Neighborhood Marketing Representative $34,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | Paid Training | Rapid Growth Track
MLM Home Improvement is one of the fastest growing exterior remodeling companies in the Northeast. Since 2007, we have built our reputation on quality, service, and a team culture that develops people.
We are expanding our Neighborhood Marketing team. This role is the engine that drives our business. You will be out in local neighborhoods, starting conversations, building rapport quickly, and getting homeowners scheduled for a complimentary roof and exterior inspection.

What You Will Do
Walk assigned neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our inspection program
Use conversation skills to build trust quickly and gain buy in
Educate homeowners on storm damage, maintenance needs, and inspection benefits
Schedule same week inspection appointments
Track your results in our CRM
Hit individual and team activity goals
Schedule Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Compensation and Perks
Base Salary: $34,000
Uncapped Commission
Paid Training
Bonuses: daily, weekly, monthly
